How this started
D'Amore Ltd Co started as a laser cutting and engraving business. Precise, tactile, made-to-order. The thing it had in common with what came next was a simple belief: the right tool, built for the actual problem, makes the difference between something that works and something that sits unused.
The shift happened because one pattern kept showing up. Capable adults - people who managed complexity at work, who held things together in public - were quietly overwhelmed by their own personal paperwork. Not because they lacked ability. Because the tools available assumed a kind of consistent, low-anxiety energy that most people don't reliably have.
Forgiveness First is the tool I kept wishing existed. Something that works for the Sunday when you finally have twenty minutes, not just the productive Tuesday morning. Something that costs you nothing when you fall off it - because falling off it and restarting is how it's supposed to work. Something that starts small enough that "I looked at the pile" genuinely counts as a win.
The programs are small and specific by design. One task at a time, with a minimum that is a single action. No personality overhaul. No new system to build and maintain. Lower the dread enough to look at the thing, and the next step usually becomes obvious on its own.
