Day 0
The Sort (60 seconds)
Sort your bills into three piles: due this week, already late, everything else. Checkboxes only - no free text. The sort tells you where to start.
Bill Triage Week
Seven days of small tasks. Pre-written scripts for the hard calls - payment extensions, hardship plans, collections. You fill in two blanks. The rest is written.

Avoiding a bill doesn't make the number smaller. It just makes starting feel harder.
You know something is past due, but you haven't let yourself look at it directly. Every day that passes makes it feel more impossible to start. Bill Triage Week makes the first move small enough to actually take - facts first, decisions later, scripts provided. Miss a day, come back whenever. Nothing breaks.
If any of those resonated, this is built for you.
Each day has one task. The program moves when you move - nothing piles up if you take a day off. Do them in order, or come back to any day anytime.
Day 0
Sort your bills into three piles: due this week, already late, everything else. Checkboxes only - no free text. The sort tells you where to start.
Day 4
Is there a deadline you'd miss in the next 7 days if nothing changes? Yes or no. That tells you how much urgency you're actually working with.
Days 1–3
Find the most urgent bill. Open it. Write down three numbers: amount, due date, account number. Observation only - no decisions, no phone calls, no money.
Day 5
Log in or call - not to pay, but to find out what options exist. A payment extension, a hardship plan, a minimum to keep service on. You're gathering information.
Day 6
One call, email, or portal message. A script is provided - you don't write anything from scratch. You fill in two blanks.
Day 7
What's the next thing that needs attention after this bill? One sentence. That's it. That's how you stay out of crisis mode.
